In this key role, you’ll own our Accounts Receivable ledger, ensuring cash keeps flowing, invoices are accurate, and client relationships stay strong. You’ll work closely with teams across the business - from Sales to Operations - to keep things running smoothly across both the UK and US markets.If you’re proactive, people-savvy, and love turning tough conversations into positive outcomes, this could be your next big move.What You’ll DoTake full ownership of our Accounts Receivable ledgerChase overdue invoices with confidence via phone, Teams, email, and lettersKeep records accurate and up-to-dateReconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies fastWork closely with the Sales team to sort billing queries and disputesProduce clear aged debt reports and share insights on debtor performanceSupport credit decisions, including credit holds and bad debt provisionsHelp set and review customer credit limitsContribute to month-end reporting, AR reconciliations, and process improvementsWhat You’ll BringStrong understanding of credit control principles and best practicesAdvanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis)Proven experience in Credit Control / Accounts ReceivableExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsA keen eye for detail and the ability to reconcile complex accountsOrganised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced media environmentKnowledge of credit legislation (especially within media) is a plusAt LADbible Group we've rolled out blended working which means the majority of departments across the business (including London, Manchester and International offices) work in the office 3 days per week.LADbible Group is an equal opportunities employer.
