Job Description

Credit Controller – Manchester, Hybrid. Bibby Financial Services has an exciting opportunity for a Credit Controller to join our team. This role is on a full-time, permanent basis, with a competitive salary of £26,000 per annum. As the Credit Controller, you will ensure the security and profitability of Bibby through efficient credit control of a portfolio of clients, establishing and maintaining professional relationships with your allocated portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Providing prompt feedback on the quality of debts and debtor ledgers to the Relationship Teams.
• Ensuring security and profitability of a portfolio through efficient credit control.
• Providing a high level of service through credit control and ledger maintenance.
• Ensuring ledgers are well maintained and accurate.
• Proactively understanding clients and debtors to spot opportunities and warning signs.
• Performing other duties or projects commensurate with the level of responsibility of this role, for which the role holder has the necessary experience and/or training.

Requirements

• Customer service experience.
• Office environment experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Attention to detail.
• Basic IT & MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
