In time we aim that you’ll be empowered to make important decisions with a delegated credit authority and ultimately, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate on other FI portfolios.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively contribute to sector strategy and appetite, credit policies and processes for your own and the wider sector portfolio.
  • Build positive relationships to become a trusted business partner for our well-regarded Coverage and Product colleagues and help drive collegiate working across FI Credit.
  • Take ownership of data integrity and championing simplification initiatives.

Qualifications

  • A sound understanding of the credit risk assessment.
  • Robust understanding of FI sectors and products.
  • Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn – able to quickly up-skill in relation to new products, sectors and changes in the external environment.
  • Strong written and oral communications skills – able to present complexity in an understandable way.
  • Comfortable with numerical analysis.
