Overview

Join Citi’s Credit Risk Data & Product Development (AVP) role within the Institutional Credit Management (ICM) and Enterprise Data Office groups. Bring domain knowledge in Credit Risk and data analysis, problem solving and communication to Citi’s Product Development team.

What You’ll Do

  • Define business requirements to drive development or new products and/or features and functionality.
  • Interact with senior business stakeholders to understand their problem statements and design technical and process-based tactical and strategic solutions using data-driven approaches.
  • Create a product vision aligned to business priorities and a road-map to delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and as the data & analytics subject matter expert (SME), providing regular updates on project progress and addressing feedback independently.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance products and processes to improve efficiency and decision-making.
  • Interact with business managers, technology, and sales to understand long-term vision, discuss industry trends, and incorporate them into the product & solutions strategy.

What We’ll Need From You

  • Credit Risk knowledge & experience
  • Strong communication, planning and organizational skills
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills
  • Experience in end-to-end project delivery, preferably with knowledge of analytical tools for visualization (e.g., Tableau) and ability to manipulate data using SQL and/or Python
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Keen attention to detail and a process/analytic mindset
  • Project management skills with experience leading large cross-functional initiatives
