The Opportunity

We are recruiting an experienced Project Manager based at our office in Knowsley. You will report to the Facilities (CREWS) Manager and oversee the management and coordination of QVC UK's design and construction work, covering approximately 100,000m² of space within the QVC UK portfolio, including Media Centre, Offices, Fulfilment Centre, Contact Centre, and Retail Store.

Your Impact

• Manage expansions and renovations across all sites, including offices, Fulfilment Centre, Contact Centre, Retail Store, Studios, and other spaces. This includes upgrading building systems, optimizing space use, and enhancing QVC's brand image.
• Develop project specifications, conduct business and planning analysis, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate vendor engagement, and oversee procurement processes such as RFPs, purchase orders, and contracts.
• Build and maintain a network of third-party design, construction, and project management partners within the UK market.

What You Bring

• Experience managing asset development lifecycles from business case creation to project completion and disposal.
• Proven track record in project delivery, including site-based project management and procurement routes.
• Strong customer service skills, safety focus, and responsiveness.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• Experience with construction, renovation, and compliance with industrial and governmental regulations.
• Experience working in industrial facilities and office environments, including critical systems.
• Proficiency in ICT tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and CAD.
• Willingness to travel to other QVC UK locations, including overnight stays.
