We’re looking for a CRM Analyst with strong Salesforce CRM expertise and proven Business Analyst skills to join our Customer Services team. In this role, you’ll own the development, improvement, and optimisation of our CRM processes, ensuring that every change we make puts the customer first.
Location: London or Newcastle (Hybrid – 3 days/week in the office)
You’ll act as the “glue” between cross-functional teams, designing solutions that close process gaps, drive efficiency, and improve ways of working. From user acceptance testing to building new functionality, you’ll play a critical role in enhancing Salesforce and other CRM platforms, delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Salesforce Expert – Leverage deep Salesforce/CRM knowledge to enhance tools across regions, business areas, and teams.
- Business Process Design – Implement and refine global process principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Business Analysis – Gather and prioritise business requirements from global stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the global CRM strategy.
- Continuous CRM Improvements – Stay ahead of Salesforce updates and releases, ensuring our technology remains cutting-edge.
- Data Analysis – Map current support processes, analyse data structures, and drive business intelligence initiatives.
- Adoption & Enablement – Increase user adoption through training, playbooks, and communication resources.
- Project Management – Lead regional and global CRM projects, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.
What We’re Looking For
- Mandatory: Proven Salesforce CRM expertise and strong Business Analyst experience.
- Experience in Cloud services environments.
- Strong understanding of business process design and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a global, fast-paced environment.
