Overview

At Money Advice Trust, we're passionate about making a positive difference. We're looking for a Dynamics CRM Associate Developer to join our team and help us achieve our mission. This is a hands-on technical position focused on configuration, customisation, and solution implementation to support critical business processes.

The role involves taking ownership of the solution lifecycle from workshops and requirements gathering to design, build, and deployment of robust applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. You will bring strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, and you will be confident troubleshooting and resolving intermediate to complex issues, including escalated service requests.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CE (model-driven apps, Dataverse) to deliver business requirements.
• Build workflows, forms, views, business rules, and process flows using Power Platform tools with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
• Translate business requirements into robust CRM features and deliver them to specification.
• Support documentation, testing, and deployment of CRM functionality.
• Contribute to structured release processes using Azure DevOps (or similar).
• Troubleshoot and resolve intermediate to complex issues, including collaborating with support teams and taking ownership of escalated service requests.
• Maintain clear records of configuration and technical changes.

Ideal Candidate / Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering solutions in Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform in a professional environment (not just personal projects or training exercises).
• Hands-on expertise with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, including building and deploying production-ready solutions.
• Solid understanding of CRM security roles, data models, and solution configuration, with experience troubleshooting and optimising existing systems.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and take ownership of deliverables, while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Strong communication and documentation skills, including writing technical specifications and user guides.
• Experience engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Location

You will need to attend our Birmingham office on occasion, but you could also access our office in London, should this be closer to you.
