You’ll help businesses unlock HubSpot’s full potential by combining technical know‑how with strategic thinking. You will work with clients to understand their needs, design solutions that fit, and guide them toward success—whether that’s through workshops, training, or hands‑on implementation.
You’ll thrive at the intersection of technology, strategy, and client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor who makes complex things simple.
Job Description
You’ll be responsible for helping clients succeed with HubSpot. So, you’ll:
- hold workshops to uncover what clients need and how HubSpot can help;
- write Solution Design Documents that detail proposed solutions;
- work with the team to build and implement signed‑off solutions;
- deliver training sessions that drive platform adoption;
- audit HubSpot platforms and identify opportunities for greater value;
- speak with HubSpot’s product team to share feedback on new features;
- work with our marketing team to run webinars that build your personal brand.
On any given day, you might:
- run a workshop with a client to understand their sales process and map it to HubSpot workflows;
- write a Solution Design Document that clearly explains how the proposed solution meets their needs;
- build a custom automation sequence with the team, bringing a signed‑off solution to life, and then hold a training session that shows users how to get the most from the platform;
- audit a client’s HubSpot setup and spot ways they could extract more value, speaking with HubSpot’s product team about a feature request that came up in client work;
- collaborate with our marketing team and other Consultants on a webinar that showcases best practices, and navigate a situation where a client’s priorities have shifted, finding alternative solutions that still drive success.
Share your specialism:
- Sales background: you’ll be drawn to the client‑facing aspect, acting as a trusted advisor and translating technical solutions into tangible business value.
- Marketing background: you’ll love the strategic side—aligning HubSpot with business goals, optimising campaigns, and diving into data analysis.
- Customer service background: you’ll appreciate building strong relationships, providing training and empowering users toward successful adoption.
- Technology development background: you’ll relish the technical challenges of implementation, customisation and integration.
- Data background: you’ll be interested in data management, building integrations and creating reports that drive informed decisions.
Required skills
- advanced HubSpot configuration and implementation;
- running client workshops and discovery sessions;
- writing clear Solution Design Documents;
- delivering training and driving platform adoption;
- integrations, automations and technical problem‑solving;
- working collaboratively with internal teams.
Benefits
- flexible working (a mix of working at home and at the office);
- half a day each week (23 days a year) to level up your skills and build your career;
- up to 30 days of paid annual leave and unlimited unpaid leave;
- a month‑long paid sabbatical and a £2,000 bonus to celebrate your five years with us;
- benefits like £650 per year on anything that helps you keep a healthy life‑work balance;
- freedom to approach client challenges your way—success is measured by delivering solutions that work, building lasting client relationships and helping businesses get real value from HubSpot.
