The Role

As a CRM Data Analyst, you’ll join the Customer Experience (CX) team and support the CRM and analytics function. You’ll be responsible for pulling, analysing, and presenting customer data to influence decision-making and drive more effective campaigns. With a focus on storytelling through data, you’ll help shape the CRM strategy, improve customer segmentation, and support the growth of acquisition and engagement initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the CRM team with analysis, reporting, and campaign performance insights.
  • Designing customer segments and helping optimise targeting strategies.
  • Pulling, cleaning, and interpreting customer data to create actionable insights.
  • Building and maintaining data pipelines to support CRM campaigns.
  • Creating dashboards and visualisations to communicate performance to stakeholders.
  • Partnering with data, CRM, and wider CX teams to deliver scalable, data-led solutions.

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • Strong SQL skills, with experience in creating tables, joins, and pipelines.
  • Experience working with visualisation tools (Tableau, DataIQ, or similar).
  • Commercial understanding of CRM performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to tell a story through data.
  • Experience working in retail or CRM-heavy environments.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Python for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience with ESP platforms (e.g., Zeta or similar).
  • Knowledge of data architecture and infrastructure in CRM contexts.
