CRM Data and Martech Manager

We are seeking a data-driven CRM and Martech expert to own our customer data platform. As part of our dynamic Direct to Consumer marketing team, you will drive customer growth, enhance engagement, and improve marketing performance across channels.
About the Role:
As our CRM Data and Martech Manager, you will leverage customer data to deliver impactful marketing campaigns and automation programs. You will be the expert for our customer data platform (Bloomreach), responsible for platform optimization, data integration, and campaign effectiveness.
You will collaborate with marketing and business stakeholders, combining technical expertise with strategic thinking to build workflows, champion data quality, and provide insights for decision-making.
Experience with Bloomreach is preferred, but candidates with experience in similar CDPs or CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe) are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead CRM segmentation, campaign targeting, and automation workflows throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Manage the Bloomreach platform, fostering strong relationships with vendors and internal teams.
- Develop, execute, and monitor multi-channel CRM campaigns, focusing on automation.
- Produce performance reports and derive insights to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Work with marketing teams to translate campaign objectives into data-driven strategies.
- Create a roadmap to achieve 80% automated CRM activities.
- Promote a culture of high-quality, error-free communication and service excellence.
- Manage and develop a small team.
What We're Looking For:
- 5–6+ years in CRM and data management within omnichannel or digital businesses.
- Hands-on experience with CDPs or CRMs (Bloomreach, Salesforce, Adobe preferred).
- Strong analytical skills; SQL experience is a bonus.
- Strategic thinker with execution capability.
- Experience managing data integration, protection, and segmentation.
- Understanding of end-to-end email and digital marketing processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proactive, data-focused problem solver.
