Harnham is working with a well known luxury retailer to find a new CRM & Data Strategy Analyst to join their highly skilled CX team.

The Role

• Support the CRM & data analytics functions within Customer Experience
• Pull, analyse, and present data to inform decision making
• Translate data to strong insights with a storytelling approach
• Support the set up of data pipelines and segmentation for CRM campaigns
• Own the analysis and reporting for CRM to grow customer acquisition & engagement

About You

The ideal candidate for this role will have;

• 2-5 years experience in analytics roles
• Experience in dashboarding and presenting insights
• A degree from a top UK university
