Overview

We’re looking for a skilled CRM Developer to join a growing organisation that’s currently transforming its customer engagement and CRM systems. This is an onsite role (5 days per week) in Central/South London, where you’ll work closely with a Power Platform Solution Architect to deliver a customised Dynamics 365 solution and customer-facing portal.

You’ll be directly involved in building and shaping tools that improve customer experience, streamline processes, and provide actionable insights across the business.

Base pay range

Up to £50k | Onsite, Central London

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and tailor Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and model-driven Power Apps.
  • Develop and maintain Power Pages (Portals) for secure external access.
  • Implement Microsoft Customer Insights to drive segmentation, personalisation, and analytics.
  • Build Power Automate workflows to enhance business processes.
  • Design and configure Dataverse entities, forms, and views.
  • Integrate CRM with Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Collaborate on requirements, technical design, and solution delivery.
  • Provide clear documentation and technical support.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and the Power Platform.
  • Proficiency with model-driven Power Apps, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
  • Experience with Microsoft Customer Insights (journeys, segments, measures).
  • Understanding of portal development (HTML, CSS, Liquid).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem integrations.
  • Excellent communication and ability to work independently onsite.
  • Background with Azure Functions, Custom Connectors, or Azure DevOps.
  • Microsoft certifications (PL-400, PL-600).
