JOB TITLE: CRM Enablement Manager.
SALARY:£59,850pa - £73,150pa plus an extensive benefits package.
LOCATION: Bristol, Edinburgh, Leeds, Halifax, Chester.
HOURS:35 hours, full time.
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of your time, at one of the above the listed hubs.

As part of our newly formedCRM Accelerator team, this pivotal role puts you at the forefront of redefining how we deliver marketing campaigns. You’ll champion the shift towardsmarter, faster, and more agile execution, empowering campaign managers to independently launch high-performing, data-driven campaigns.
By embedding intelligent frameworks and reducing manual processes, you’ll unlock creativity, drive innovation, and enhance operational efficiency. This is your opportunity to shape the future of marketing delivery—streamlining execution, accelerating impact, and enabling a new standard of excellence across the organisation.
Your accountabilities will include:
- Use of tooling and AI to drive Innovation throughout the campaign delivery process, from briefing through to creative delivery. Finding opportunities to increase speed of delivery, working with our partners across the platforms to test them in small scale experiments and then scale across the wider CRM team.
- Champion Personalised Content Delivery in Emailthrough the integration of new capabilities such as Movable Ink, enabling real-time, dynamic email experiences tailored to individual customer behaviours and preferences.
- Embed a Culture of Experimentationby scaling test-and-learn models across teams. You’ll lead the charge towards multivariate testing to drive continuous learning and campaign optimisation.
- Email Delivery Transformationby collaborating with Oracle and internal partners to streamline workflows and reduce production timelines, whilst maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
- Shape Data Strategy for Smarter Targetingby partnering with data teams to build pilot audiences and refine segmentation logic within GCP. Your work will ensure more precise targeting and simplified campaign execution.
- Lead Performance Measurement and Optimisationby developing granular reporting frameworks that isolate creative performance and inform data-driven decisions. You’ll foster an approach of continuous improvement across all campaign elements.
About you
- CRM & Personalisation Expertise: Proven track record in CRM strategy, customer lifecycle management, and data-driven campaign execution. Skilled in using platforms like Movable Ink to deliver real-time, personalised experiences that drive engagement and retention.
- Creative & Technological Innovation: Integrates generative AI tools to accelerate content creation and maintain high creative standards. Builds scalable, reusable content frameworks that enhance campaign consistency and speed.
- Data-Driven Strategy & Optimisation: Collaborates with analytics teams to refine segmentation and targeting. Implements robust reporting frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness and optimise performance through structured experimentation.
- Agile Campaign Delivery: Leads cross-functional teams to streamline email workflows, align planning with resources, and pilot innovative tools that reduce production timelines while ensuring quality and compliance.
- Inclusive & Collaborative Leadership: Fosters a psychologically safe, agile working environment that values diverse perspectives. Champions shared success through active listening, humility, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
