Overview

Build a premium UK consumer brand for a global leader in its industry. Own and drive the CRM program from day 1 and elevate CRM to be a real growth engine for the business. Expand your expertise in lifecycle marketing, subscription growth, and multi-channel journeys.

Location & Arrangement

Location: West of London/Hybrid with travel required across UK. Permanent role.

What you’ll be doing from Day 1

  • Designing and scaling automated, multi-channel journeys (email, SMS, WhatsApp, portal) to deliver personalised customer experiences
  • Building data-driven onboarding, nurturing, retention, up-sell, cross-sell and win-back campaigns
  • Unlocking the value of a 250K+ customer database through segmentation, predictive logic, and continuous performance analysis
  • Developing initiatives to increase customer lifetime value, selling brand accessories and consumables
  • Collaborating with sales, service, IT, and digital teams to establish the CRM program as a benchmark
  • Ensure digital risk management and compliance, including data privacy (e.g., GDPR) and brand reputation

What we are looking for

Strategic CRM Expertise & Analytical Skill

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of comprehensive lifecycle marketing experience
  • Deep understanding of customer acquisition & retention strategies
  • Ability to develop sophisticated CRM approaches that drive business objectives
  • Proven track record of connecting marketing initiatives to revenue generation
  • Advanced knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce Pardot, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Sophisticated data analytics and segmentation capabilities
  • Proficient in Marketing automation tools, Data visualisation software, Customer segmentation
  • Expertise in mapping complex customer journeys and identifying strategic opportunities
  • Advanced proficiency in creating integrated communication strategies
  • Expert-level experience managing campaigns across Email marketing, WhatsApp, SMS, Digital portal interactions
  • Track record of designing cohesive, seamless customer experiences
  • Ability to synchronise messaging across multiple touchpoints
