Join Currys plc as CRM Loyalty Manager. Location: Currys London Campus at Waterloo. Fixed Term Contract – 12 Months. Full Time. Grade 4.

The CRM Loyalty Manager role is responsible for developing propositions and programmes delivering our customer growth plan, including management of the Currys Perks loyalty programme and building CRM capabilities. The successful candidate will deliver market leading loyalty propositions and own the annual loyalty plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops innovative & market leading loyalty propositions for the UK market, creating a meaningful value exchange for marketing consent and provide our customers real tangible benefits
  • Instills a culture of customer centric thinking across the team and cross functionally. Acts as a subject matter expert and consultant to the wider business on CRM and data-driven marketing, embedding best practice across Currys. Helps others to upskill in CRM
  • Responsible for the Currys Perks loyalty budget, tracking expenditure against the budget and driving efficiencies to maximise ROIs and customer KPIs. Responsible for budgeting and forecasting Currys Perks activity, managing risks and seizing opportunities
  • Evolves the Currys Perks programme through Strategic Insight to enhance the loyal customer proposition. Develops a test and learn strategy to validate customer appeal and business cases
  • Works closely with commercial and customer experience teams to create specific commercial propositions and customer experience benefits for customers. Owns the Loyalty innovation roadmap and works with retail and online functions to deliver objectives

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience within CRM, Rewards & Loyalty, with understanding of methodologies or tools relevant to the industry
  • Experience of managing a loyalty/membership programme
  • Experience of proposition development
  • Be commercially focused & data driven, with the customer at the heart of every decision
  • Drive and passion to make major step changes in the CRM activity and challenge the status quo
  • Experience of senior stakeholder management
  • Proven agency skills and getting the best results out of the approved budget
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Project/timeline management skills
  • Min 4+ years’ experience in CRM including planning of in-life customer loyalty/retention direct marketing programmes
  • Marketing or business degree level qualification
