The Role
We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and passionate CRM Manager to join the team in a full-time hybrid role, based out of the London or Sheffield office at least two days a week. In this role, you’ll take the lead on developing and executing CRM strategies that drive customer engagement, loyalty, and retention. You’ll own the end-to-end planning and delivery of CRM and lifecycle marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to continuously refine the approach and uncover new opportunities for growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across Growth, Product, and Customer Success to ensure CRM efforts are aligned, effective, and impactful.
Responsibilities
- Drive customer engagement and increase retention rates
- Create campaigns for B2B users to engage and educate them on payment products, improving activation rates
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimise retention flows
- Create, manage, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Build and maintain HTML templates for email marketing
- Monitor and report on CRM campaign performance, providing actionable insights
- Analyse CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Implement and manage user segmentation strategies to deliver personalised experiences
About You / Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as a CRM Manager
- Experience with CRM software and using data to drive customer outcomes
- Familiarity with major CRM tools—experience with Braze and HubSpot is preferred
- Understanding of data and experience writing SQL is a plus
- Experience creating HTML templates with WYSIWYG editors
- Ability to use dynamic scripting languages like Liquid and Ampscript to personalise emails
- Strong grasp of the complete user lifecycle and other marketing channels
