At giffgaff, our members (that’s what we call our customers) are at the heart of everything we do. We’re looking for a curious, ambitious CRM Executive to join our team and help us deliver personalised, engaging campaigns that drive loyalty and growth.
You’ll craft and deliver multi‑channel communications — from flagship phone launches to data promotions — ensuring the right message reaches the right members at the right time. Working closely with teams across the business, you’ll manage end‑to‑end campaign delivery, analyse performance, uncover insights, and continuously improve the member experience.
You’ll also partner with our handset vendors and campaign technicians to bring creative ideas to life, refine communication requests, and help shape the CRM strategy that keeps our members engaged and connected.

Our bright and modern gaff is in Uxbridge, in leafy West London. But if commuting isn’t your favourite, most of our roles can be hybrid or work from home, or anywhere in between. If you like coming in, you’ll always find some office buddies. And if you like big occasions, we really bring the office to life monthly for our themed culture days.
The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
Previous experience in CRM marketing and member experience, preferably in a customer‑centric industry would be a bonus
Outstanding organisational skills and impeccable attention to detail
Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data
Motivated self‑starter
Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms would be a bonus
