They are looking to hire a CRM & Retention Manager to own the CRM & Retention function.

What skills do you need to have to be considered?
- At least 3 years CRM, Retention & Email Marketing experience, ideally for a subscription D2C brand
- Proven CRM, Email, Loyalty, Retention Marketing & SMS experience
- Proven experience using Klaviyo
- Data-driven and analytical mindset
- Deep passion for the e-commerce industry with a track record of success in B2C Marketing
