Overview

CRM SAM or Account Director for client-side secondment — 10-month FTC up to £50K, London (2 days per week).

We are seeking an enthusiastic and conscientious Senior Account Manager or Account Director who will be seconded directly to one of our biggest clients. You will be at the heart of a busy B2B marketing team, working on successful base marketing campaigns and driving a digital-first agenda.

You will be keen to build a career within B2B marketing, delivering high-standard work and turning insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding marketing communications to the UK business base, driving commercial benefit, customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Ensure customer experience is at the heart of all activity; focus on retaining customers, reducing churn and increasing volumes to drive long-term revenue and loyalty.
• Liaise with stakeholders across the business and lead the delivery of communications via channels including Email, SMS/MMS, RCS and app push, with a clear focus on driving digital behaviours.
• Apply CRM experience across multiple channels to achieve campaign objectives.

• Ability to work in a client-side secondment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, project management and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience delivering B2B marketing campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
