Role Overview
This National Account Manager role sits at the heart of the UK grocery strategy, reporting directly into the Commercial Director. You will lead, manage, and grow relationships with major grocery retailers, driving distribution, visibility, and promotions to ensure the brand is front and centre on shelves nationwide.

- Sell, negotiate, and grow distribution, promotions, and visibility across key grocery accounts
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting retailer relationships
- Develop and deliver strategic account plans to achieve ambitious sales targets
- Analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver exciting initiatives
- Be a passionate brand ambassador, championing the brand story and values to partners
Compensation
Base pay range: Provided by dSb Recruitment Consultancy Ltd. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a National Account Manager within UK Grocery
- FMCG experience needed - ideally within a branded business.
- Strong track record in building customer relationships and negotiating trading plans
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Commercially astute with P&L ownership experience
- Data-driven with a keen eye for spotting growth opportunities
- A genuine passion for plant-based, sustainability, and innovative food & drink brands
- Valid UK Driving Licence
