Job Description:
Are you passionate about unlocking the full potential of Salesforce to drive sales excellence and operational efficiency? We’re looking for a CRM Solution Design Manager to lead the way in optimizing our Salesforce ecosystem across the GMO and Intacct instances.
This is a pivotal role in our digital transformation journey — one that blends strategy, collaboration, and hands-on solution design. You’ll be the connector between business needs and technology, ensuring Salesforce delivers maximum value to our sales and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Salesforce strategy – oversee CRM requirements, design, and delivery to align with business goals and growth plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally – partner with Sales, IT, and Business teams to capture and translate requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Drive adoption and engagement – develop communication and enablement materials, run workshops, and ensure teams are empowered to use Salesforce to its fullest.
- Enhance and evolve Salesforce – manage the backlog, prioritize enhancements, and oversee testing and rollout in partnership with development and IT teams.
- Champion continuous improvement – measure impact, identify opportunities for process optimization, and promote global best practices across regions.
- Support seamless operations – ensure day-to-day Salesforce activities, BAU requests, and improvements are executed efficiently and aligned with global standards.
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience managing Salesforce solutions in a complex, multi-instance environment.
- Strong understanding of CRM processes, sales operations, and data management best practices.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across teams and functions.
- Excellent communication skills – able to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Experience using Jira or similar tools to manage and track project progress.
