Overview

We are seeking a data-oriented CRM Specialist to lead and enhance our email marketing and CRM initiatives. This role focuses on crafting personalized, data-driven customer experiences, transforming insights into actionable strategies, and implementing CRM solutions using Braze. You will develop a lifecycle journey from the ground up, then analyze metrics to optimize performance.

Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver engaging email communications ranging from newsletters to complex customer lifecycle journeys.
  • Own end-to-end campaign process: copy, visuals, segmentation, tests, deployment, and results analysis.
  • Design intelligent, scalable customer journeys using Braze features (Canvas, Liquid, segmentation, and more).
  • Use real-time data to ensure messages reach the right audience at the right moment and through the right channel.
  • Monitor CRM campaign success, email metrics, and customer engagement; translate data into actionable insights and continuously test, learn, and refine strategies.
  • Provide transparent reporting on CRM impact across the customer journey—from engagement to retention.
  • Serve as the Braze champion, maximizing platform benefits and exploring new Braze functionalities and integrations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in CRM and Email Marketing with successful campaigns for engagement and retention.
  • Expert knowledge of Braze, including Canvases, Liquid, segmentation, and data integration.
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and retention strategies.
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email creation and template optimization.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights.
  • Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and personalization strategies.
  • Passionate about CRM and staying up-to-date with best practices to improve customer relationships and growth.
