WA Technology enables operators to build their own Casino, Sportsbook, Lottery and Fantasy business precisely how they envision it. We have offices around the world, supporting our clients with on-the-ground presence and regional expertise.
Where and how we work?
We currently have teams based in Malta, Lisbon (Portugal), Sofia (Bulgaria), London (UK) and Bucharest (Romania). Our hybrid work model encourages regular in-person collaboration while also allowing flexibility to work remotely.
Long story short, you will
will be part of our managed services team, supporting external client(s) in driving player engagement and retention. The role involves designing and delivering multi-channel campaigns, applying smart segmentation to target the right audiences at the right time, and monitoring performance to continuously optimize results.
Collaboration with client stakeholders and internal teams will be key to ensuring campaigns are executed effectively and deliver measurable impact. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and creative, who is motivated to enhance how our clients engage with their players.
All the responsibilities we will trust you with:
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push, onsite).
- Apply advanced segmentation and targeting based on player lifecycle and behavior.
- Analyze campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Drive A/B testing and introduce innovative CRM practices to enhance engagement.
- Maintain CRM tools, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data regulations.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise :
- 3+ years of CRM/retention experience in the iGaming industry (essential).
- Proven experience with CRM platforms, automation tools, and segmentation strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with confidence interpreting performance data.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent command of English, especially written (native level preferred).
