Overview

CRM Support and Training Expert – We are working with a European Leader in defence undergoing a major digital transformation, and there is a brand-new role opening for a CRM Support and Training Expert to join them on this journey.

The office is based in Hertfordshire, and this is a hybrid role requiring three days in the office and two days working from home. An alternative office in Bristol is also available.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse training and support needs
  • Plan and craft comprehensive training interventions
  • Plan and deliver user support and follow-up sessions during the adoption phase
  • Conduct regular assessments to determine user understanding
  • Collect and analyse new requirements and business needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Identify new risks associated with the CRM implementation

Qualifications

  • Valid SC clearance or SC eligibility
  • A relevant university degree is preferred
  • Experience in a highly regulated environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or Salesforce
  • Experience supporting larger teams

Salary and Benefits

The package includes a salary of around £50,000 to £55,000, plus a range of benefits, including an annual bonus and overtime opportunities.
