About The CRO Support Role

Are you ready to play a vital role in a global digital transformation? This is a great opportunity for a CRO Support professional to contribute to a fast-paced optimisation programme covering 49 domains. As CRO Support, you'll assist in the delivery of impactful digital improvements that enhance consumer journeys and drive measurable results.

What You'll Do As CRO Support

• Assist in the delivery and execution of the CRO roadmap aligned to business objectives
• Support test planning, ideation and prioritisation using tools such as GA4 and Content Square
• Help collect market feedback to inform experimentation strategies
• Use Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) to support personalisation and segmentation
• Collaborate with UX, analytics, and product teams to convert insights into real enhancements
• Contribute to fostering a culture of testing and learning across markets
• Maintain accurate CRO documentation and support reporting using SharePoint and Confluence
• Help coordinate performance updates and support stakeholder engagement
• Support vendor management processes to align with internal testing standards
  
  

• 3+ years' experience in digital optimisation or CRO-focused roles
• Familiarity with CDPs and A/B testing tools such as Optimizely, Adobe Target or VWO
• Strong analytical mindset and experience with GA4 or Content Square
• Clear communicator with an ability to support cross-functional teams
• Comfortable in agile, fast-paced environments and open to learning
