We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Activation Specialist to plan and deliver high quality events that engage and educate healthcare professionals, ultimately driving business growth and customer satisfaction across the UK, Ireland and Nordics.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Event planning & execution; planning, coordinating and delivering events including conferences, trade shows, webinars and workshops aligned to the activity listed in strategic marketing plans
  • Customer Engagement & relationship building; establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing personalized event experiences
  • Content Development & Curation; using existing materials and creating new content including presentations, workshops and training sessions to educate and inform customers
  • Data Analysis and reporting; analyse customer feedback and event performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of activation strategies and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaboration; work cross-functionally with sales, therapy, medical, marketing to bring together content and ideas for tailored events
  • Budget management; manage budgets ensuring cost-effective planning and execution while maximizing ROI
  • Customer Relationship Management; use CRM tools to track customer interactions and engagement levels ensuring personalized follow-up and support

What Youll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in events or marketing
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to develop ideas and create engaging content
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to identify areas for improvement and solutions
