About the role

At Essex and Suffolk Water, we believe in delivering an excellent experience to all our customers. As a Customer Advisor, you will be answering inbound calls, dealing with customer queries, taking payments over the phone, and offering any guidance and support.

Don’t worry if you do not have Customer Service experience, we have a dedicated training team here to support you to ensure you have all the tools you need to be a successful Customer Advisor! You will also receive support and guidance from your colleagues and Team Managers who are always happy to support!

About you

Our customers are at the heart of our business which is why our Customer Service Advisors will be positive, and empathetic, have great communication & listening skills, be able to work as apart of a team, and have basic computer skills.
