Full Time hpw - Permanent Contract

Location: Edinburgh

Hybrid Working: (post training) We believe in the power of in-person collaboration, and our hybrid model requires colleagues to be in the office a minimum of 40% of their time.

We Step Up: As a Customer Care Associate, you're on the front line, the face of our business, helping customers manage their financial wellbeing by answering inbound calls and assisting with the Aegon Platform.

We Tune In: We take responsibility for customer satisfaction by listening to their needs and communicating clearly. We value learning and development, encouraging everyone to improve and excel.

We are a Force For Good: We support customers with pensions, savings, and investments through the Aegon Platform, helping them plan for the future.

Training: No prior financial expertise required. You'll join our Customer Care Training Academy to gain the skills needed to support customers effectively. All you need is a hunger to learn, problem-solving skills, and a passion for customer wellbeing.

Initial assessments via games/tasks, followed by a screening call. Successful candidates will be invited for in-person interview on Thursday 22nd July. Prepare for an engaging and immersive assessment process.
