Customer Compliance & Assurance Manager role at CUPONING PULICIDAD S.L. – Water Utility Company based in the Yorkshire region of England.

Location: Bradford / Hybrid Working (3 days in the office per week in Bradford). Work type: Permanent, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, within 8:00am–6:00pm.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary from £43,003 – £53,754 per annum, depending on experience

What You’ll Do

  • Own Level 1 Compliance across Service Operations, including regulatory compliance and operational legislation
  • Develop and maintain the Compliance Framework across Service Operations; develop key reporting and assurance measures
  • Support the Complaints Manager and Manager of Compliance & Complaints in regulatory forums and audits
  • Lead a team of Compliance Specialists who conduct large-scale audits of processes and adherence
  • Represent the business in regulatory forums and ensure 100% compliance where applicable

What Skills & Qualifications You Will Need

  • Strong passion to deliver excellent customer experiences; experience in a busy customer service environment
  • Proven experience managing people
  • Ability to work on own initiative with problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of key customer service processes, standards and service protocols
  • Excellent IT skills with Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas) and use of company IT systems
  • Strong networking and influencing skills; ability to challenge and negotiate
  • Can-do attitude and solution-focused approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of cross-functional liaison
  • Experience with coaching and performance improvement; adaptable to change
  • Flexible working patterns; interest in work-life balance and potential job-share options
