About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Legal Administrator with strong administrative skills and a confident communication style. You’ll be the first point of contact for new and existing clients, helping them navigate their legal journey with clarity and care. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real impact in people’s lives. This role follows our hybrid working model: Working between the hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm on a 35 hour contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for new clients and external partners
- Understand client needs and deliver outstanding customer service
- Manage enquiries and case updates using bespoke databases
- Handle multiple inboxes and prioritise tasks effectively
About You
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Able to compose clear, well-structured emails tailored to client needs
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and managing digital correspondence
