This role is part of our Customer Operations team at Funding Circle, where we are committed to providing small businesses with the funding they need to grow. Role Overview

As a Customer Operations Executive, you will assist small business owners with funding inquiries, providing excellent customer service via email and phone. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Handling inbound inquiries and answering borrower questions.
  2. Requesting information from borrowers.
  3. Updating the Salesforce CRM system with relevant information.
  4. Building relationships with third-party suppliers and internal departments.
  5. Supporting business reporting with accurate data.
  6. Proactively solving problems and mitigating risks in daily operations.
