Customer Operations Executive – Funding Circle UK

Description: This role sits within the Operations team and forms part of the Customer Operations team. They are the face of Funding Circle and work to ensure small businesses have an excellent experience in obtaining funding.

We’re Funding Circle. We back small businesses to succeed. Our mission is to help small businesses get the finance they need to grow. We offer a fast, human, and supportive customer experience as we connect borrowers with Funding Circle products.

Responsibilities

  • Deal with inbound enquiries via telephone or email and answer borrowers’ questions.
  • Request information from borrowers by email or telephone.
  • Update the Salesforce CRM system with relevant information so that loan applications move from application to offer.
  • Develop strong working relationships with third-party suppliers and Funding Circle internal departments.
  • Support Direct business reporting by keeping information accurate and updated.
  • Proactively problem solve and mitigate risks, issues or control weaknesses in day-to-day activities.

  • Dynamic and KPI driven with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Natural at multitasking with strong time management skills.
  • Transparent communication with customers, both positive and negative.
  • Adaptable and able to provide feedback on products and customer sentiment to aid future improvements.
