The Role
We’re looking for a data-driven and technical CRM Executive to lead the end-to-end execution of multi-channel campaigns across email, push notifications, SMS, in-app messaging, and newsfeed. The CRM Executive will continuously optimise mass sends and lifecycle campaigns that drive engagement, retention and commercial metrics. This role sits within the CRM team and is a highly collaborative role that works across teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage the execution of complex multi-channel CRM journeys for Airtime’s trade retailer calendar and product marketing mass sends.
- Develop and manage lifecycle campaigns (reactivation, activation ,birthday, anniversary, etc.)
- Channel mix includes emails, push notifications, SMS, in-app messages, in-app stories, and newsfeed.
- Campaign ideation - continually look for new campaign opportunities to send to our members
- Brief in-house design and copy team, appraise work constructively based on objective insight from reporting
- Weekly and monthly reporting to all key stakeholders to present insight and recommendations
- Test & learn approach to the A/B testing to continuously understand member behaviour across channel mix, segmentation, and new data points for personalisation
- Analyse the effectiveness of automated campaigns, using data insights to continuously optimise
- Deliver on QBRs for our retailer partners, highlighting the impact of marketing on delivering individual objectives
- Cross collaboration working closely with Creative, CS, Brand, Product, Activation, Engineering & Data teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of CRM experience, preferably in an app-first company but not essential
- Experience in a similar CRM role, managing the execution and delivery of campaigns across multiple channels (email, push, in-app) essential.
- Experience in lifecycle or retention marketing, preferable but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience of a multichannel marketing platform and other tools (bloomreach, monday, stripo)
- Creative, innovative and keen to take risks to get results.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate across different functions and seniority levels
- Strong work ethic, high integrity, and a team-player with a positive attitude.
