The Role

We’re looking for a data-driven and technical CRM Executive to lead the end-to-end execution of multi-channel campaigns across email, push notifications, SMS, in-app messaging, and newsfeed. The CRM Executive will continuously optimise mass sends and lifecycle campaigns that drive engagement, retention and commercial metrics. This role sits within the CRM team and is a highly collaborative role that works across teams.
