As a CRM Executive at In Digital, you will be responsible for executing our clients' customer marketing strategies with precision and effectiveness.
You will have the opportunity to work with multiple clients simultaneously, offering a diverse and stimulating work environment. Your role will encompass a blend of remote work, client-site visits, and collaborative work at our office in Covent Garden, ensuring that each day brings exciting new experiences and challenges.

What will you do?
You will be responsible for delivering client projects. This work varies but could include:
- Managing day-to-day operations of email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, building automated programs, implementing dynamic content, and running A/B tests.
- Managing day-to-day operations of customer marketing campaigns across channels such as Push and SMS.
- Assisting the project lead in developing comprehensive CRM strategies for our clients, aligning with their business goals and objectives.
- Providing support to colleagues and client teams during the migration and implementation of new platforms and tools, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal functionality.
- Troubleshooting and resolving basic platform or data issues that may arise during campaign execution or system usage.
- Analysing campaign performance metrics, drawing meaningful insights, and providing actionable recommendations to optimise future campaigns.
- Supporting customer behaviour analysis and reporting efforts, identifying trends and opportunities.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation of complex marketing automations.
What do you need to be successful in this role?
- Strong analytical skills with experience with an analytics or BI tool such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Looker, Tableau.
- Proficient in using a CRM platform such as Braze, Klaviyo, Salesforce, Oracle, Emarsys, MailChimp, Campaign Monitor, Customer.io or HubSpot would be beneficial. You do not need prior experience with these if you feel comfortable picking up new skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Are process driven and organised with a great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with a natural ability to connect with people at all levels.
- A can-do attitude with willingness to get on with the job and make great things happen.
