Salary: £24,500 per year plus OTE £7,800 per annum
Contract: Permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week with a rotating weekly shift pattern
Location: Nottingham (Hybrid & Remote)

Responsibilities
- Work as an inbound sales advisor to provide excellent service to customers registering their appliances.
- Log into an automatic call distributor system and handle inbound calls to understand customer needs and guide them through the registration process.
- Build rapport, communicate clearly, and ensure customers feel valued and supported throughout the experience.
