Customer Sales Advisor - Beko Europe (Hybrid & Remote) at Domestic & General

Salary: £24,500 per year plus OTE £7,800 per annum

Contract: Permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week with a rotating weekly shift pattern

Location: Nottingham (Hybrid & Remote)

Start: 6 October 2025

Responsibilities

  • Work as an inbound sales advisor to provide excellent service to customers registering their appliances.
  • Log into an automatic call distributor system and handle inbound calls to understand customer needs and guide them through the registration process.
  • Build rapport, communicate clearly, and ensure customers feel valued and supported throughout the experience.
