Responsibilities

  • Self-driven in a sales environment, achieving correct customer sales outcomes in line with FCA requirements.
  • Empathetic and active listener, understanding customer needs to recommend suitable products and build trust.
  • Resilient and adaptable in a high-pressure, evolving regulatory environment; maintain composure and continuously improve.
  • Curious with a growth mindset; learn about new products, compliance updates and client perspectives.
  • Clear communicator; explain products transparently and avoid jargon or misleading language.

What you will contribute

In the role of an inbound sales advisor, you will engage with customers seeking to register their appliances. Your day includes using our automatic call distributor to receive inbound calls, building rapport, understanding customer needs, and guiding them through the registration process to ensure they feel valued and supported.

You may work remotely (from home) or on a hybrid basis with some days in the office. You will be part of a supportive team that recognises and appreciates your contributions, offering meaningful opportunities to make a positive impact on customers’ lives.

Shift Pattern

Your shifts rotate between core opening hours of 8am–8pm (Monday–Sunday). You will work 37.5 hours per week with two 15-minute breaks and a full hour for lunch. Broadband access is required; equipment will be provided.
