SALARY: £28,500 OTE (Uncapped Bonus) + Benefits
LOCATION: Hybrid working available. Candidates should live within a reasonable commute to Epsom, Surrey (KT17).
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: 40 Hours per Week, 08:30 – 17:30, Monday to Friday

Due to expansion, we have a new opportunity for a Customer Service Account Coordinator / Sales Support Executive with a professional telephone manner and rapport-building skills.
This role involves acting as the link between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
Your responsibilities include generating leads, supporting sales, maintaining client records in CRM, and organizing meetings and events.

DUTIES
- Sales Support and Business Development: Generate leads and support sales activities.
- Client and Internal Coordination: Act as the main contact between clients and internal teams.
- Account Management: Keep client records updated and manage CRM entries.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Event and Meeting Coordination: Organize and schedule meetings, calls, and client engagement events.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong desire to learn and develop.
- Enthusiasm and a proactive attitude.
DESIRABLE
- Experience in financial product sales is advantageous.
