Job Title: Customer Service & Wholesale Accounts Manager
Employment Type: Part-time (4-5 Days per week 10-3 or as otherwise agreed) Location: Hybrid (office-based with some flexibility around remote working. In-person showroom and exhibition attendance as needed) Reporting To: Dual Reporting: Founder & COO
About Josephine Scott Josephine Scott is a luxury British bridal house renowned for timeless silhouettes, couture craftsmanship, and a refined yet romantic design philosophy. Worn by discerning brides and stocked by leading boutiques worldwide, we are scaling into our next phase of growth and expanding our B2B presence. This role is pivotal in building and sustaining global stockist relationships that reflect the elegance and excellence of the Josephine Scott brand.
Role Purpose This is a commercially-focused and relationship-driven role designed to manage all aspects of our wholesale partnerships. You will be the key liaison between the brand and its global stockists, ensuring smooth ordering cycles, accurate reporting, and best-in-class service. Your work will directly contribute to the brand’s international expansion and reputation among boutique partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all wholesale stockists (email, phone, and video meetings) leading the customer service experience
- Manage the full wholesale order lifecycle: enquiries, orders, re-orders, and fulfilment coordination
- Maintain and update live wholesale trackers, including factory production and delivery status
- Support stockists with pricing, product knowledge, line sheets, and digital collateral
- Collaborate with the creative and content team to develop and update wholesale packs, lookbooks, and assets in Canva
- Identify and nurture new B2B opportunities in target regions
- Represent Josephine Scott at exhibitions and in-person buyer meetings
- Liaise with factory and production to manage lead times and stockist expectations
- Provide monthly reports on wholesale performance, pipeline, and engagement
- Occasionally support retail appointments during peak periods
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in wholesale, account management, or luxury fashion sales
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator and relationship builder
- Commercially astute with an understanding of B2B sales targets
- Passionate about luxury fashion and aligned with the Josephine Scott aesthetic
- Multilingual skills a strong advantage; particularly in French, Italian, or Spanish, to support our global stockists
- Driving license preferrable
- Must be within commutable distance of Luton Hoo, headquarters for Josephine Scott. The role demands frequent travel to the showroom, therefore candidates that are not within a commutable distance will be discounted
Compensation: Subject to availability and experience
