Overview
The Customer Service Specialist works with clients and their applicants to facilitate accuracy and timely resolution of their requests. Individuals in this role respond to inquiries via phone, e-mail, or instant chat. Our customers are global leaders in various fields, including social media, financial services, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, recruitment, entertainment, digital, IT, transport, and more.

The Customer Service Specialist responds to client and applicant inquiries, ensuring accuracy and prompt resolution. This involves communicating effectively via phone, email, or chat, and providing excellent customer service across various industries.
