Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Specialist based in Birmingham. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer inquiries via phone, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Daily tasks include addressing customer needs, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high standards of phone etiquette to ensure efficient and effective service.
Skills required
- Customer Support, Customer Service, and managing Customer Inquiries skills
- Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
- Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
- Experience working in the manufacturing industry
