Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Edinburgh. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing customer communications via phone and email. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, handling complaints, and maintaining high levels of customer experience. The role requires strong phone etiquette and a customer-focused attitude to build and nurture customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and maintaining Customer Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Experience in an IT or technology environment is a plus
- Ability to handle stressful situations and provide solutions
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is preferred
