Description Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Support Analyst to join our dynamic team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-pressure environment and is passionate about problem-solving, data analysis, and delivering exceptional customer support.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting operational excellence, resolving system and customer-related issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
Scope of the Role
- Support with the diagnosis and resolution of system issues to minimise workflow disruption
- Act as a point of escalation for complex customer order, enquiry, and claim issues
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Maintain and enhance dashboards (Power BI experience is a plus)
- Generate and distribute high-volume reports; analyse and present key insights
- Maintain Customer Service dashboards and FAQs
- Liaise with Customer Service Teams, Customer Supply Analysts and Account Managers to manage customer expectations, including those with high or unrealistic demands
- Assist cross-functional teams with data collection, analysis and strategic insights
- Review and implement new processes to enhance operational efficiency
- At least 3 years experience working in a similar position
- Experience working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in SAP and Power BI (preferred)
- Customer-focused mindset with experience handling complex or sensitive issues
- Experience in data reporting, dashboard maintenance, and process improvement
