Our Consumer function delivers an innovative digital car leasing experience. We support customers from initial enquiry and new vehicle orders through to servicing and repairs. Our industry-leading digital brand, Zen Auto, along with our expanding White Label solutions empower partners to offer branded leasing options to their own customers.
At the heart of our Consumer Customer Services function is a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences with empathy, care and expertise. We empower our teams to go above and beyond, ensuring positive outcomes for over 50,000+ customers.
This function includes Customer Service, Credit Control & Complaints - working together to make a real difference. Every week, the function:
- Handle 2,700 customer calls with professionalism and a customer-first mindset
- Support 400 customers in financial difficulty with tailored payment plans
- Resolve 40 complaints, identifying key trends to enhance the customer journey

What you'll be doing
You'll be dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer service, supporting customers throughout the duration of their vehicle contract, from the point of delivery to collection. You will manage all customer interactions with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency, ensuring that each query is handled with care, enhancing satisfaction, building trust, and supporting long-term customer relationships. Responsibilities include:
- Provide customer support via phone and email; responding to queries and delivering excellent customer service within SLAs.
- Log calls and emails as cases and follow-up on associated tasks through to conclusion.
- Offer essential updates throughout the Fulfilment process (pre-delivery) and the In-Life process (post-delivery).
- Process requests for order amendments, contract modifications and amendments.
- Assist with a wide variety of queries such as order updates, order bank management, MOT and service queries and fine queries.
- Manage admin tasks such as uninsured vehicles, cherished plate requests, overseas travel requests.
- Support customers through the renewals process, taking a leading role with the day-to-day management of renewals.
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve complaints and customer queries.
- Respond to complaints via email, telephone and Trust Pilot always adhering to our internal complaints handling procedure.
