Customer Solutions Executive (retentions)

Toyota Financial Services is seeking a customer-focused individual to join the Customer Solutions team. In this role, you will assist customers nearing the end of their financial contracts or those interested in financing a different vehicle make/model.
The position emphasizes excellent customer service and retention. It is telephone-based, and prior telephony experience, along with a passion for customer service and sales, is preferred.
About the Department
The Customer Solutions team operates within the Sales Department, aiming to engage with every customer to retain their loyalty within the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and retain existing customer portfolios, including those at contract end or during the contract lifecycle.
- Proactively contact customers requesting settlement figures via the ‘My Finance’ app or leaving the brand.
- Reach out to customers nearing the end of their agreements to explore options.
- Provide tailored refinance quotations, ensuring affordability and the best outcome for customers.
- Coordinate with third-party dealerships to meet customer expectations.
- Manage all Itterasshai Loyalty Plan customers, ensuring clear communication and positive outcomes.
- Handle referrals from internal staff.
Requirements
Experience & Skills
- Experience in telesales, sales, or call centers with a desire to focus on sales.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
