Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-centric Customer Success Advisor to join our unique Customer Success team. The ideal candidate will be able to learn quickly, make an immediate impact, and thrive in a changing environment. You will ensure our customers receive maximum value from Travelnest by supporting them to drive the highest booking performance and achieve a significant return on their investment into their vacation rental properties. Our customers are vacation rental owners who manage multiple properties and may lack time to manage marketing and commerce activities. Our product enables them to focus on other priorities without compromising rental income.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help new and existing customers optimise their property listings to drive more bookings and maximise income.
  • Proactively monitor customer accounts, spot opportunities, and reach out with personalised support and recommendations.
  • Run training sessions and webinars, gather feedback to share with our product team, and monitor performance metrics to ensure customers see value and hit their goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer success, account management or a similar field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive, team-focused attitude.
  • Comfort using digital tools, quick learner, able to work autonomously.
  • Bonus points if you speak Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Greek or French (not essential).

Flexibility and Working Hours

Working hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. You will also be required to work around 5 weekend shifts per year. The first month will be conducted in person at our office to support training and integration into the team. After that, employees are expected to work from the office at least 3 days per week, with remote work on the remaining days.

What To Expect in the Hiring Process

We move quickly. You’ll have an initial conversation with our Customer Success Team Leader, followed by a short task and a second-stage interview with the same person. The final interview will be with a member of our senior leadership team. An offer will follow onboarding.
