Customer Success Advisor (x5 Roles)
Location: Hybrid – Edinburgh office (first month in-office, then 3 days office / 2 days WFH)
Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00am–5:30pm (+ approx. 2–4 weekend days per year)

We’re looking for five Customer Success Advisors to join a fast-growing tech company in the travel and property space. Their platform helps short-term rental owners boost their bookings by streamlining how properties are listed and managed across major booking platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com.
You’ll work directly with property hosts to help them get the most from the platform — offering proactive advice, data insights, and guidance that leads to real results. This isn’t a sales role; it’s about driving performance, solving problems, and building long-term relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting hosts to optimise their listings and drive bookings
- Acting as a trusted advisor — offering best practices, data-driven insights, and guidance
- Reviewing performance data to spot opportunities for improvement
- Helping users confidently navigate platform features
- Collaborating with support, product, and marketing teams to share feedback and improve the customer experience
What We’re Looking For
These are the three key things we’re focused on:
Experience in a customer or support services role
Comfortable/experienced working with KPIs, targets, or measurable outcomes
Thrives in a start-up or small business environment — where things can change quickly, and agility is key
In addition:
- Around 2+ years in a customer-facing role — e.g. support, customer success, sales, recruitment, or account management
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to advise and guide others
- Proactive, resourceful, and someone who genuinely wants to help customers succeed
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven team where your input matters
What Kind of Background Might Suit This Role?
This isn’t a role where you need to come from travel or tech — though it’s a bonus if you do! What matters most is your ability to communicate clearly, build trust, and deliver against goals in a fast-paced environment.
You might have experience in:
- Customer Success, Support, or Client Services (especially SaaS or platform-based roles)
- Sales roles — inbound, consultative, or even door-to-door / charity fundraising
- Technical sales support — if you’re good at simplifying complex ideas
- Travel agencies or booking support
- Recruitment consultants — juggling clients, candidates, and targets
- Hospitality guest services or account coordinators
- Community engagement or onboarding roles
- PropTech or property management support platforms
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with booking platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, or Vrbo
- Knowledge of property or channel management systems
- Confident using CRMs and digital tools
