Night Zookeeper is looking for a Customer Success and Digital Engagement Executive to join their team.

What is Night Zookeeper?

Night Zookeeper is a London-based children’s brand comprising of aweb-based learning program, abook seriesand aTV mini-series. All of our products centre around the magical world of the “Night Zoo”.

Our aim is to make learning fantastically fun for children aged 6 to 12 years old, and unleash their confidence and creativity. Our flagshiponlinereading and writing program for kids(also referred to as "Night Zookeeper") has been used by over 1 million children worldwide.

More Details

In this role, you will work with the marketing, support & product teams.

Main responsibilities:

* Supporting parents using nightzookeeper.com via email, CRM system, and across social media channels & other platforms

*Identifying technical issues and working with the product team to resolve them

*Identifying relevant customer insights to help the wider business

* Marketing Administration tasks across the business

This role is heavy on written communication. Please bear this in mind before applying.

Requirements:

* An excellent standard of written English

*An interest in customer success, marketing, technology, and children's brands

* Be comfortable with a range of technologies

*Proficiency in video creation

*1 year experience in a marketing or customer success role, or relevant internships

Hybrid role based in London, Shepherds Bush
