Senior Customer Success Associate - Contract - London / Bath

This role is key to ensuring that clients in the banking, asset management, and insurance sectors receive exceptional support, starting from their very first interaction.
Youll play a vital role in onboarding new clients, helping them integrate and adopt platform tools and services with confidence. Your efforts will ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction by guiding users through a seamless onboarding process and driving continuous value throughout the client lifecycle.
What Youll Do
- Lead onboarding for new clients, ensuring a smooth and engaging introduction to products and services
- Build trusted relationships with clients, focusing on early adoption and long-term value realisation
- Provide tailored support to help clients optimise their use of data platforms and subscription services
- Serve as a key point of contact for troubleshooting, training, and engagement
- Develop and deliver onboarding materials, user guides, and training sessions
- Maintain accurate client information in internal systems (e.g. Salesforce) and interpret usage data
- Produce actionable insights from client feedback and usage trends to support internal teams
- Contribute to client retention and account growth with a consultative, soft-sales approach
- Experience onboarding or supporting clients within financial or insurance services
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data-driven tools and insights
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills across formats - calls, screen shares, and in-person sessions
- Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
