Location: London (Hybrid) • Contract: 6 months

We're looking for a proactive Customer Success Specialist to join a global leading company focused on financial training & learning solutions. This role supports both new and existing clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and day-to-day business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end client onboarding processes
  • Review and coordinate contracts, SLAs, and performance agreements
  • Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams
  • Track commercial metrics and manage timelines
  • Resolve issues quickly to maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications

  • Experience in client onboarding, client services, or implementation
  • Familiarity with contracts, SLAs, and KPIs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to deliver to deadlines
  • Background in financial services, professional services, or training is a plus
