About the Role


Worldly is seeking a Customer Success Coordinator who will be responsible for managing customers' supplier lists and verifying data accuracy. Responsibilities will also include data entry, sending templated emails, and translating data to different platforms. The Customer Success Coordinator will report to the Customer Success Manager and will work with other members of the Customer Success team. The ideal candidate is capable of working with large data sets and detail-oriented. They are interested in retail supply chains and ESG reporting.

Compensation Overview


$55,000 - $60,000 Annual Base Salary (USD)


5% annual bonus


Equity Stock Option (for approved regions)


Final compensation details will be determined based on a wide variety of factors, including experience and location. These factors will be evaluated and considered by Worldly throughout the entirety of this process.


Compensation will be converted to the applicable currency by Deel, based on region.


Compensation Range: $55K - $60K
